                                                   Unique Italian Dining in the White Mountains of New Hampshire

Going strong since 2016, La Vista Italian Cuisine is located in the newly updated RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain in Lincoln, New Hampshire,  Our name 'La Vista' (Italian for “The View”) is able to accommodate up to 120 patrons with more seats on the covered veranda overlooking the outdoor ice skating rink in the winter and the pools in the summer. The main bar features 18 seats and the pizza bar has 8 seats, with both offering a different atmosphere. The main dining area features a pergola with booth seating, in addition to two other seating areas large enough to accommodate multi-family reservations.

One of the main features is the wood-fired pizza oven offering some very unique flatbread pizzas, appetizers and other accompaniments. The dinner menu offered nightly from 5 to 9 pm will feature Italian and American cuisine, such as Chicken Parmesan, Shrimp Scampi, Chicken Piccata, Risotto du Jour, Veal Saltimboca and so many other tantalizing dishes!. Our chef-inspired items for appetizers are unique and includes a delicious Cheese and Charcuterie Plate adds to varied options. Each season also bring new items with a great offering for salads as well as our flat bread pizzas.  In addition, La Vista’s extensive wine menu will tantalize all types of palates with both Italian and American offerings. We didn’t forget the kids either and offer a special menu just for them.

In addition to the Italian inspired menu, the culinary team will be baking fresh focaccia bread daily, just perfect for dipping in Italian Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar with fresh shaved parmesan. The flatbread pizza dough is also made fresh daily, all while incorporating a focus on the freshest ingredients. Bet you can’t resist a Sausage & Fig Flatbread or Margherita style Flatbread!  Come try all the other varieties too!!

Don’t forget about dessert, which includes Tiramisu, as that is also made fresh in-house to bring the most tantalizing finale to your meal. Pair that with a fresh steamed Italian Cappuccino or Espresso…delizioso!
